Unauthorized Use

Orders & Quotations
Product listings on this website do not constitute binding offers. All orders begin with a quote request. Quotations provided by Egyptafresh are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to availability.
Proforma & Confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon issuance of a proforma invoice and written acceptance by both parties. A proforma invoice outlines product specifications, quantities, pricing, packaging, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon in the proforma invoice. Egyptafresh reserves the right to require advance payment, letters of credit, or other payment security depending on the order and buyer relationship.
Right to Refuse or Cancel
Egyptafresh reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving product unavailability, pricing errors, or buyer creditworthiness concerns.
Shipping
Shipments are typically arranged via reefer container (sea freight) or air freight depending on product type and destination. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to port conditions, vessel schedules, and customs processing.
INCOTERMS
Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are quoted on FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020. The specific term is stated in each quotation and proforma invoice.
Customs & Force Majeure
Egyptafresh is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or duties at the destination country. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, port closures, or government actions.
Compliance
Egyptafresh works within international compliance frameworks including EU MRL regulations, GLOBALG.A.P., BRCGS, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 standards where applicable. However, compliance responsibility for import regulations rests with the buyer at the destination market.
Liability Limitation
Egyptafresh liability for any claim related to a shipment shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
