Egyptafresh

    Egyptian Fresh Fruit Exporter

Mango, pomegranate, strawberry, fresh Barhi dates and lychee — sourced from verified growers and shipped to spec for EU and Gulf programs.

Beyond citrus and grapes, Egypt offers a deep fresh-fruit portfolio with strong seasonal windows. Egyptafresh coordinates export-grade mango (Zebda, Keitt, Kent and Tommy Atkins, Jun–Nov), pomegranate (Wonderful and Early 116, Sep–Jan), winter strawberry (Festival and Fortuna from BRC-certified facilities, Nov–Mar), fresh yellow Barhi dates, and lychee. Each crop is qualified, calibrated and cold-chain managed to land in spec for European and Gulf retail and food-service buyers.

    Fruit We Export

Mango — multiple varieties (Zebda, Keitt, Kent, Tommy Atkins), July–November, by air or sea. Pomegranate — Wonderful, Manfaluti, Baladi and Early 116, September–January, arils high in colour and Brix. Strawberry — Festival and Fortuna, sun-ripened and packed in punnets from BRC-certified facilities, November–March. Barhi dates — fresh yellow khalal-stage dates in small, medium and large grades. Lychee — bright-red with translucent white flesh, a short premium window.

    Season & Availability

Windows are crop-specific: mango June–November, pomegranate September–January, strawberry November–March, fresh Barhi dates in the summer khalal window, and lychee for a short early-summer premium run. Together they give buyers a rolling fresh-fruit calendar from a single coordinated origin partner.

    Packing & Cold Chain

Telescopic cartons for mango and pomegranate; retail punnets and clamshells inside master cases for strawberry; carton and tray formats for dates and lychee. Temperature targets are managed by crop — mango and pomegranate at 10–13 °C, strawberry at 0–2 °C — and data loggers travel with sensitive shipments to give buyers a defensible cold-chain record.

    Certifications & Documentation

We align supply with the food-safety certifications EU and GCC buyers expect — GLOBALG.A.P., BRCGS, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 at qualified growers and packhouses. Every shipment travels with a complete documentation pack: commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, bill of lading, EUR.1 where applicable, and halal certification for GCC destinations.
