What is your minimum order quantity?

Standard MOQ is one 20ft reefer container (18–24 tonnes depending on product). Smaller trial orders can be discussed for new buyer relationships.

Can you handle bulk produce shipments?

Yes. We coordinate 20ft and 40ft reefer container shipments for the full range of products in our catalog. We manage packing supervision, port handling, and reefer booking from pack house to destination port.

What incoterms do you work on?

We offer FOB (Alexandria, Port Said, Damietta) and CIF to destination port as standard. DAP arrangements are available on request. All terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) against proforma invoice and irrevocable letters of credit. Terms are agreed per order and documented before production begins.

What export documentation do you provide?

Standard packs include commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, and bill of lading. We also prepare EUR.1 certificates, halal certificates, fumigation certificates, and pre-shipment lab analysis reports where required.

How long does it take to receive a quote?

Most enquiries receive a quote within 24–48 hours. For multi-product or complex requests, allow up to 72 hours. If your timeline is tight, let us know and we'll prioritise.

Do your suppliers hold GLOBALG.A.P. certification?

Yes, across most of our major crop categories. We also work with BRCGS, FSSC 22000, and SMETA certified producers. If you have a specific certification requirement, tell us upfront.

Which markets and regions do you serve?

Our main markets are EU (Netherlands, Germany, UK, France, Scandinavia) and GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait). We also serve North Africa, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Can you arrange pre-shipment inspection?

Yes. We support third-party pre-shipment inspection through internationally accredited inspection bodies. We also provide internal packing supervision reports. Lab analysis for pesticide residues can be arranged through accredited Egyptian laboratories.

Do you support private-label or custom packaging?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with packaging suppliers who produce custom-printed cartons, retailer labels, and consumer packs. Custom artwork, language requirements, and barcode placement are all handled as part of the order specification.
