Egyptian mandarins are smaller and less spherical than common oranges, generally peeled and eaten fresh. Three commercial varieties cover the season: Fremont (early, deep orange, slightly tart), Minneola (tangelo cross with distinctive neck, juicy and aromatic), and Murcott / Marcott (late, very sweet, intensely aromatic). Sizes 36, 42, 48, 54, 60.
